Wrinkle Relief: Your Guide to Fillers
Smooth away the signs of aging, wrinkles, folds and creasing with the smooth-consistency hyaluronic acid gel Juvederm XC®. Juvederm XC is formulated using hyaluronic acid, an element produced naturally within your body, to increase volume, smooth and fill in wrinkles and add structure back into the face.
Both Juvederm® and Juvederm XC® are used in our office. The difference between these two dermal fillers is simply that the Juvederm XC® is formulated using lidocaine, while the regular Juvederm® formula is formulated without this common anesthetic. A topical numbing cream can be used in addition to either of these to add to patient comfort.
Restylane® is another filler option to replenish the loss of hyaluronic acid in our skin. Restylane® injections fill out soft tissue defects like smoothing wrinkles or adding volume under the skin giving you a smooth, youthful appearance.
